CALBLOCK-F-017: Grism sanity

Observation configuration file

F-017 is scheduled by SOST in the RSD and pure ROS, which means there is no ICR and no OCF (same as F-006, etc.).

At discretion of EC-SURV.

Objective

This is a single ROS with a red grism. It can be scheduled whenever there is a look-ahead issue concerning red/blue grism switches between different F-blocks.

Execute a single red-grism ROS.

Not applicable. This block exists for technical reasons, only.
